Floral Subscription Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Juelz Jems Floral Designs. Our floral subscriptions provide thoughtfully curated floral designs on a recurring schedule with a simple and consistent

client experience.

Subscription Service

Your subscription includes a designer-curated floral arrangement at the service level and delivery frequency selected when you enroll.

Subscriptions may be available for residential or business locations and may be scheduled weekly, biweekly, monthly, or at another frequency agreed upon by Juelz Jems and the client.

Designer's Choice

Subscription arrangements are created in the signature Juelz Jems design style using seasonal flowers, foliage, textures, and colors selected for quality and availability.

Specific flowers, colors, or varieties are not guaranteed. Each arrangement is unique, and substitutions may be made based on seasonality, availability, or floral quality.

Recurring Billing

By activating a floral subscription, you authorize Juelz Jems Floral Designs to automatically charge the payment method provided for each scheduled subscription cycle.

Payment will be processed seven calendar days before each scheduled delivery. Your subscription will continue at the selected frequency until it is paused or canceled

according to these terms. If payment cannot be processed, the upcoming delivery may be suspended until payment is received.

Pausing, Skipping, or Changing a Delivery

Requests to pause, skip, reschedule, or modify an upcoming subscription delivery must be received at least seven calendar days before the scheduled delivery date.

Once the seven-day deadline has passed, the upcoming delivery is considered confirmed. Any requested changes will apply beginning with the following subscription cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Juelz Jems at hello@shopjuelzjems.com.Cancellation requests must be received at least seven calendar days before your next

scheduled delivery. Cancellations received after the seven-day deadline will take effect beginning with the following subscription cycle. Once payment has been processed for an upcoming delivery, that delivery is considered

confirmed and the payment is non-refundable.

Delivery

Subscription deliveries will generally occur on the delivery day established when your subscription begins. Delivery times may vary based on routing, weather, holidays, flower availability, traffic, or

other circumstances affecting delivery. Clients are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and any information needed to access the property, including gate codes, concierge instructions, building

access, or delivery instructions.

Missed or Unavailable Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, inaccessible property, missing access information, or another circumstance outside the control of Juelz Jems, we

will make reasonable efforts to contact you. When appropriate, the arrangement may be left in a secure location according to the

client's delivery instructions. An additional delivery attempt may require an additional delivery fee.

Vessel Preference

Subscribers may choose to exchange their previous Juelz Jems vessel when their next arrangement is delivered or keep the vessels included with their deliveries.

Your vessel preference will be selected when your subscription is activated and may be updated upon request.

Floral Care & Quality

Fresh flowers are natural products, and their lifespan varies according to flower variety, environment, temperature, water quality, and care.

If you believe an arrangement arrived damaged or has a significant quality concern, please contact Juelz Jems within 48 hours of delivery and provide a photograph so we can

evaluate the issue.

Holidays, Weather & Availability

Delivery dates or times may occasionally change due to holidays, severe weather, supplier delays, flower availability, road conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable

control. When possible, Juelz Jems will communicate significant schedule changes in advance.

Pricing

Subscription pricing is based on the selected service level, frequency, delivery location, and any additional services established at enrollment.

Juelz Jems may adjust subscription pricing when necessary due to changes in flower costs, transportation, supplies, or other operating expenses.

Existing subscribers will receive advance notice before a pricing change takes effect.

Acceptance of Terms

By activating a Juelz Jems Floral Subscription, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Floral Subscription Terms & Conditions and authorize recurring charges

according to your selected subscription plan.
